Led by Andrijana Mušura Gabor, Ph.D. with 20+ years spanning academia (ZSEM) and applied consulting, with projects across organization, european cities and research intitutions, nudge units, and UN agencies. However, behavior change expertise rarely lives in one discipline. Insights Behavior Lab brings together specialists across the areas that actually move it:

Workshop

A one-day workshop in behavior design for those who make decisions. We'll look at why organizational change stalls and what it takes for yours not to be one of those cases. We'll work with concrete tools for driving change faster and more measurably, and ahead of the session, you'll complete a short pre-workshop assessment so the content is tailored to your organization. Spots are limited to keep the discussion at the level you need. The workshop will be held in December 2026, in Zagreb.
